I first met Jill when I started house hunting in 2021. I'd met other Realtors before and they always reminded me of car salesmen. Very impersonable - just there to make a sale. But not Jill. House hunting with Jill was like going house hunting with your best friend! She was so friendly, and knowledgeable too. She was easy to reach when I needed to reach her, and just all around great to work with. So much so that when my Dad passed away and we had to sell his house and land - we contacted Jill again and selling with her was just as great of an experience as buying a house with her. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

When we decided we wanted to sell our house , we immediately wanted Jill Lightfoot to sell our home. Even though I knew her personally she could not of been more professional and made the stress of selling as easy as possible! Between the photos and video our home had several offers in just a few days. I would recommend Jill as someone you would want to sell your home and would recommend her to anyone who needs her services as a realtor.

Jill is great to work. She assisted my wife and I in selling our home and was very personable, passionate in her job and genuine. Jill was an amazing agent to work with. She worked hard to make sure our needs were met even when she was on vacation. When ever we found a home we were interested in, Jill worked quickly to make sure that we able to schedule a showing. From start to finish she made the process of purchasing a home great. "One day." "One day." Jill said you house will sell quickly...and she was right! One day is all it took. My husband and I live in Massachusetts and we wanted to sell our home in Columbus, OH. Jill not only had to work we us long distance, but had to work with our renters. She was INCREDIBLE!! Professional, patient, detailed, and flexible from the beginning to the end. Wish we could get her to come to MA and help us with the purchase of our new home.

We could've picked a better realtor to help us find our first house. Jill was amazing and always helpful. Whenever we called, texted, or sent her an email asking about a house she was right there with an answer and always available to meet us for a viewing. Her warm and caring personality really helped to make us all feel at ease during the complex situation of trying to find the right house the fit us and the mortgage process. We are lucky because it felt as if she treated us as one of her family. And we are glad we made a good friend out of it. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
